The De Quack campsite is located close to the Voornes Dunes in the Quack polder. This young calcareous dune area consists of fixed and shifting dunes, dune valleys, marsh and woods, and its primary charm is the peace and quiet it has to offer.
The beach is a short walk from the campsite along a dune passage. One of the attractions here is a small beach beside a very shallow stretch of water which is ideal for children. There are also various possibilities for water sports.
The beach is situated on the Haringvliet, a former estuary of the North Sea, which has grown into one of the largest water sports areas in the Netherlands.
Both the beach on the Haringvliet and the scenic dune area offer a range of possibilities for getting out into the great outdoors with the family.
