The De Quack campsite respects and protects the privacy of all those using its website and ensures that all personal details are treated confidentially. If you visit the De Quack campsite's website, various details (which you enter) are processed so that we can provide you with the best possible service. We explain which of the details are processed, and what we do with them, below. Your rights in this respect are also discussed.
The De Quack campsite processes the details entered on its website when, for example, you make a reservation or participate in a competition and/or special offer. The details in question concern your identity and include your name and address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. The IP address of your computer will also be registered if you visit the website, so that the De Quack campsite can build up a picture of the use of its website.
A limited number of cookies will be placed on your computer to enable us to optimise our service. This means that if you visit our site repeatedly you do not have to enter the same information every time. These details remain on your computer and we will not use them for other purposes. The De Quack campsite only keeps and uses names and addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses given directly to it or those that are clearly made available to it. We send you a survey by e-mail a few days after you return home. We use this method to keep informed of what guests think of our campsite.
You are always free to ask (preferably by e-mail) the De Quack campsite which of your details are processed and request that improvements, additions or other corrections be made to them. The De Quack campsite will process these alterations as quickly as possible.
If you no longer wish to receive information from us you can send the De Quack campsite an e-mail informing us accordingly. The De Quack campsite only sends information to you if you have issued your details to it.
