* The De Quack campsite is open from 1 April through 31 October. It is only permitted to stay on the De Quack campsite outside this period with the permission of the park manager. No compulsory demands can be made on the campsite facilities outside the aforementioned period;
* The names, addresses and dates of birth of all persons staying at the De Quack campsite must be entered into the campsite records on the commencement of their stay;
* If visitors stay for more than one day, the leaseholder or tenant must inform the park manager accordingly, in advance, in connection with any related costs. The leaseholder or tenant remains responsible for the visit;
* All electrical devices, appliances, installations and gas piping must meet the standards laid down by the competent authority which is authorised to inspect these matters;
* It is forbidden to store more than five litre mineral oil on the campsite. It is also forbidden to store more than one twelve-kilogramme pressurised container (gas cylinder) on the campsite. No pressurised holders may be filled with liquid petroleum gas (LPG);
* All costs incurred due to defects arising in the electrical equipment, gas piping, water piping or sewerage system and/or other systems belonging to the plot, will be borne by the leaseholder or tenant;
* No nuisance may be caused in any way whatsoever. Quiet hours must be observed between 23.00 and 08.00 hours;
* Guests are expected to conduct themselves in such a way as not to harm the good name of the De Quack campsite when off the campsite;
* A maximum speed of 15 km/h applies to motorised vehicles on all sections of the De Quack campsite. It is only permitted to use a moped or motorised bicycle on the campsite with the motor off;
* A key for the barrier can be obtained on payment of the parking fee and a deposit. Visitors must park on the campsite terrain. They must purchase a parking token for this purpose. Vehicles may only be parked on the places designated specifically for this purpose. Owners of chalets (in Duinpark De Quack) and mobile homes may only park one car on each plot. It is forbidden to park outside the barrier. NOTE: the emergency services (general practitioner, ambulance, fire brigade and police) must be able to enter the campsite at all times;
* Dogs are not permitted in the section of the campsite where this is indicated. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances (for example, in the case of a guide dog). Dogs are permitted on the section of the campsite known as ‘Duinpark De Quack' and on field B, provided they are kept on a lead. Cats are permitted provided they are kept on a lead;
* No changes may be made to the greenery belonging to the De Quack campsite. Pruning may be carried out by leaseholders or tenants on their own plots, in consultation with the park manager. It is not, furthermore, permitted to prune greenery from 15 June through 31 August the clippings from which will have to be dealt with by the foundation's employees. Excavation work is not permitted unless prior permission has been given by the park manager. This is partly from the point of view of safety and partly because of the risk of damage to piping and cables in the ground;
* Waste substances must be disposed of in the correct manner. Containers have been placed on the site for the collection of household waste. It is forbidden to place waste next to the designated containers. Hazardous waste, bulky household waste (white and brown goods) and clippings from greenery on the site can be picked up once a week at a preannounced time;
* Guests must use the collection services in their own places of residence for the disposal of medicines, batteries, paint residues, diluents, acids and suchlike. You must, therefore, take the aforementioned waste substances with you when you leave the campsite. Illegal dumping (that is, the bringing of any waste of any kind whatsoever onto the campsite from outside) is forbidden. Every guest must observe the current environmental legislation and regulations;
* Your stay on the De Quack campsite takes place at your own risk;
* It is only permitted to play ball games on the places designated and equipped for this purpose on the De Quack campsite;
* It is not permitted to store or place trailers, caravans, boat trailers and suchlike on the De Quack campsite without prior permission from the park manager;
* It is not permitted to make an open fire on the De Quack campsite or in the immediate vicinity. If you light a barbecue, you must have at least one sound extinguishing agent (e.g. a bucket of water or sand) near it. Owners of chalets in Duinpark De Quack and mobile homes on field B must have certified fire-extinguishing equipment with a content of at least two kilogramme in their chalets or mobile homes;
* It is not permitted to make or propagate offensive or discriminating remarks either verbally or in writing at the De Quack campsite;
* It is not permitted to distribute, post, hang up or affix in any other way advertising of any kind whatsoever on the De Quack campsite. In special cases, the park manager may, at his or her discretion, make an exception to this rule and give prior written permission to do so;
* It is not permitted to offer goods or services, in the broadest sense of the word, for payment. You are not permitted to conduct a business or trade at the De Quack campsite, unless you have permission by virtue of an agreement made in advance;
*The De Quack campsite accepts no liability whatsoever for damage to property resulting from weather conditions, fire, theft, collisions, vandalism or any other internal or external contingencies, in the broadest sense of the word, or possible consequences thereof;
* The De Quack campsite accepts no liability whatsoever for facilities and/or equipment breaking down;
* Campsite equipment and facilities must be used with care and for the purpose for which they are intended. If fellow guests show irresponsible conduct, point this out to them and/or inform the park manager;
* The costs for the use of water, electricity and gas are settled by invoice at the end of the season;
* Each quarter, owners/leaseholders of mobile homes must pay an advance for the costs of the water, electricity and gas used. In the fourth quarter, an invoice with the final account will be sent to them. This will be based on the meter readings and the advances paid during the year. As regards the other plots rented annually, tenants are charged an advance on the energy costs when paying the regular rate for these plots;
* Permission must be requested in writing from the park manager prior to the placing or alteration of holiday accommodation, the plots and or structures such as lean-tos, storage chests, storage sheds, front extensions, hedges or pergolas. A standard form for submitting a request can be obtained from the reception. Subsequently, in certain cases, planning permission must also be applied for in accordance with the Hellevoetsluis municipal building regulations. The building regulations are available at the reception. These indicate what is possible on the various sections of the terrain. If the request is approved, possibly after adjustment, the applicant will be informed in writing;
* The park manager is authorised to supervise compliance with the aforementioned Regulations for Guests and Visitors on behalf of the De Quack campsite. As a last resort, the park manager can refuse entry to the De Quack campsite, with immediate effect, to anyone who violates the abovementioned regulations. Objections to a measure taken by the park manager in connection with the enforcement of the aforementioned regulations can be submitted in writing to the Management Board of Exploitatiemaatschappij De Quack B.V., for the attention of Mr A. Martinus, PO Box 1012, 3220 BA Hellevoetsluis;
* In cases not provided for in these Regulations for Guests and Visitors, the park manager of the De Quack campsite will have the final word.
